1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Ovelin you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

Ovelin provides tools to inventory AI agents, ingest and store audit logs, record human oversight, map records to framework requirements, monitor for misuse, and generate evidence reports. We may update features over time.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you send, for keeping your API keys and credentials secret, and for ensuring you have the right to send any personal data (including actor identifiers) you include in audit payloads.

4. Compliance disclaimer

Ovelin helps you document and evidence your AI governance, but it is a tool, not legal advice. Framework mappings and evidence reports help you produce evidence; they do not constitute certification, or a finding that you are compliant, under the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, HIPAA, ISO 42001, or any other framework. You remain responsible for your own compliance.

5. Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may export your data.
